Cancellation and No Show Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late so we can best accommodate you and the other floaters. If you are a return floater arriving past your appointment or a new floater arriving less than 15 minutes prior to your appointment, we may need to offer you a shorter float or reschedule your appointment. This is in order to provide all of our clients the optimal float experience at The Float Zone at Transitions.
