Floating settles my mind. For that magical one-hour period my mind can truly disengage, and I can recharge and refresh. Mental clarity, calmness and vision are all enhanced post float.

Floating rejuvenates me after a rowing session. It rids me of the aches, pains and soreness that come with exercising intensely for so long. It helps me to concentrate in and out of the boat. I love to float!

"I enjoy my float time, it's my gift to myself. I find it healing and restful and when I'm anxious, it's my go to therapy. I would recommend it to anyone!”
Tim W.
The wonderful aspect of floating is that it benefits different people in different ways, including both physical and psychological. For me, it’s the creative energy I derive from my hour of darkness and silence that helps both my writing and my teaching.
Anne D.
Before I get into a float tank, I’m like every other busy person: I’m thinking about where I need to be and what I need to do next, and I’m worrying about getting it all done. But entering into the absolute dark and quiet, with the perfectly temperate water, changes all of that
Matt P.
I can say as a person that has a crazy hectic life, floating simply helps me relax from a never ending schedule and lets me enjoy the “NOW.” Physically and spiritually, I’ll continue to float as long as The Float Zone lets me in the front door.
Roni and Tony M.
Floating offers an opportunity to truly connect our physical, mental and spiritual aspects in a way that just isn’t possible elsewhere.
Robin H.
Taking care of myself with a float provides a role model to my clients as well as leaving me closer to my best self. Then I can provide better services to those who bravely come to my office to work on their “stuff.”
Mark W.
I try to float as often as I can and would recommend it to anyone. For me, the mental plasticity I experience allows me to go pretty deep in my ability to find answers and options. I love it!!! I work on mindfulness and have experience with meditation, but the environment that floating creates give you a multiplier of at least 50. I recommend it to everyone and look forward to my next float!

As part of my recovery from a life-altering stroke, floating provides a safe space to unplug and reconnect with myself. I wholeheartedly recommend floating to let the body go, and let the mind flow. I continue to float as part of a newfound stress management regiment.
Brian M.
Floating provides a safe space in life's hurricane, floating has been a the eye to that storm. Also by being in a more calm mind state, there are solutions to problems found that I wouldn't be able to see if under tremendous stress, fear or anxiety.
It was in floating that I was able to find forgiveness as a pivotal part of a long healing process from the military.
Catherine G.
I float to reconnect with myself. As a busy mom and business owner, I find that I’m “on” nearly 24/7. Floating gives me the opportunity to completely unplug (I even put my phone in the basket with my shoes), have time just for me and just recharge
Carmen T.
I began to use float therapy to relieve the pain of sciatica and now I have become addicted to the Float Zone. Not only do I feel better, but I feel more relaxed.
Robin C.
[Floating] has lessened the effects of anxiety, depression, and has lowered my pain level. I am no longer taking pain meds on a daily basis (just on occasion). I am now able to get a good nights rest and feel refreshed in the morning.
Elliott R.
I’m a marathon runner and I’ve found floatation therapy to be one of the best recovery methods after some of my long training runs. Particularly after a marathon, floating really helps with the soreness.
Peter B.
After discovering “floatation therapy” approximately two years ago (surprising to me since it has been around for so long), I immediately recognized its value as it easily allowed me to get into a relatively deep meditative state.
Mary F.
I float for inspiration and relaxation....for my body, spirit and mind. As a high-achiever and creative person I need practical, effective ways to let it all go and get into a recharge zone.
Tiffany J.
I float because taking good care of myself is the best thing I can do for my family and the people who rely on me. As a business owner, wife, and mother of three, I am always juggling massive responsibility and equally substantial stress.
